Cake was delicious. However, the small table at the entrance area for collecting address data is a no-go due to Corona. This is how it is handled when you don't care about the situation or the rules. Therefore only 2 stars. Sorry

Very tasty ice cream, but the man behind the counter is very unfriendly and shows a strong no-go mood and reacts totally annoyed to the customers and curses something in a different language. So if you can't be friendly, you shouldn't have any customer contact !!

Dont go here if you dont speak German!! I was meet with a very unfriendly and not service-minded waitress who refused to speak English and kept replying back in German even though I told her that I can’t speak German. Her answer was that I should speak German since we are in Germany!! What a horrible way to greet foreigners and tourists coming to the cafe!

Lovely little cafe. Upstairs area very cozy. Great ice cream.

Warning! The cook didn't wash his hands after a bathroom break. Luckily we just ordered coffé but when my friend visited the bathroom he saw the cook didn't wash hands after being on the toilet and we decided to eat somewhere else.

We are shocked that the chef uses the guests' toilet without washing hands?

Service nice and friendly, fast service. Corona protective measures are ignored, no documentation of the guests.

The ice cream is not recommended !! We had a lot of ice crystals in the vanilla and hazelnut ice cream! The young man behind the ice cream counter is very unfriendly and looks like he doesn't feel like it !! Never again!

It's just the world's best ice cream parlor. We come here regularly and their ice cream is always nice and fresh and they are constantly innovating with new varieties. You can sit inside or outside in the square as you wish.

I was with some friends, the food was good but we had to wait 1 1/2 hours to finish it! Our coffee we ordered at the same time came only half an hour after we got our food!

Unfortunately I waited 1 1/2 hours for my waffle. My drink was still not there at the time.
